Getting to your AEC Vacances holiday village
Whether you are travelling by car, train or plane, getting to your AEC Vacances holiday village is easy.
Below, you will find all the practical information you need to plan your journey with peace of mind. Several of our holiday villages also offer a shuttle service by reservation to make your arrival even easier.
Le Sorba – Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer (Var)
By car
Take the A50 motorway and exit at Exit 10 – Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer.
At the roundabout, approximately 900 metres after the exit, turn right towards La Ciotat. After 400 metres, turn right onto Chemin de Sorba.
Go under the SNCF railway bridge (maximum height 2.90 m) and continue to the top of the hill. The campsite entrance is approximately 600 metres further on your left.
Vehicles over 2.90 m high
Take Exit 11 – La Cadière-d’Azur / Le Beausset / Circuit du Castellet / ZI Signes, then follow the signs for Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer and continue towards the SNCF railway station, via Chemins Jas de David, Saint Antoine and Carraire des Lecques.
Arrive at La Cadière / Saint-Cyr Les Lecques train station.
A free shuttle service is available by reservation with reception:
- From 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays.

Les Cèdres – Grasse (Alpes-Maritimes)
From the A8 motorway, take the Grasse / Mougins exit, then follow the signs for Grasse Centre. Continue through the roundabouts, always following Grasse Centre, then Magagnosc. The Les Cèdres holiday village is located just after the Eiffel Bridge, on your right.
Arrive at Grasse train station (terminus).
A free shuttle service is available to pick you up:
- From 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays
- From 5:00 p.m. on weekdays
Please notify the holiday village at least one week before your arrival.
For your departure, the shuttle service is available:
- From 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. during the summer school holidays
- From 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. outside the summer school holidays
From Nice Côte d’Azur Airport, take the LR500 bus service to Grasse bus station, then use the holiday village’s free shuttle service (by reservation).
Forgeassoud – Saint-Jean-de-Sixt
(Haute-Savoie)
From Mâcon, Lyon or Nantua
- Take the A40 motorway, Exit 16 – Bonneville.
- Follow signs for La Clusaz – Le Grand-Bornand via the N203 and then the D12.
- At the entrance to Saint-Jean-de-Sixt, take the first road on the right towards Forgeassoud campsite, then continue straight ahead to the holiday village (1.5 km from the town centre).
From Lyon, Valence or Grenoble
- Take the A41 motorway (or the A43 from Grenoble), Exit Annecy Nord.
- Follow the D909 towards Thônes, then La Clusaz – Le Grand-Bornand.
- After approximately 9 km, turn left at the VFV Forgeassoud Dessus sign, then turn left again at the junction.
Arrive at Annecy train station.
Regular bus services connect Annecy to Saint-Jean-de-Sixt.
A shuttle service can pick you up:
- From 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays
- From 5:00 p.m. on weekdays

From Annecy Mont-Blanc Airport, take a bus or taxi to Annecy, then continue to Saint-Jean-de-Sixt.
From Geneva or Lyon-Saint-Exupéry International Airport, bus and taxi services also provide easy connections to the holiday village.
Les Becchi – Samoëns (Haute-Savoie)
From Lyon or Geneva, take the A40 motorway (or the A43 from Lyon), then take Exit 18 – Cluses.
Then follow the D902 towards Taninges and Samoëns.
At the entrance to the village, continue towards the Grand Massif Express cable car. The holiday village is approximately 300 metres further on your right.
From the Cluses or Annemasse SNCF train stations, regular bus services connect to Samoëns (Y94 route).
You can also reach the holiday village by taxi.
A free shuttle service is available between 5:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. from the Grand Massif Express stop, by reservation a few days before your arrival.

From Geneva International Airport, travel to Samoëns by bus or taxi.
In winter, Altibus shuttle services also provide connections to Samoëns.
Le Grand Fourchon – Valmeinier (Savoie)
Valmeinier 1800 is located just 30 minutes from the A43 motorway.
Take Exit 29 – Saint-Michel-de-Maurienne / Valmeinier, then follow the signs for Valloire / Col du Galibier.
Before reaching the Col du Télégraphe, turn left towards Valmeinier and continue to Valmeinier 1800.
In winter, special equipment is mandatory: snow chains, snow socks or winter tyres.
Arrive at Saint-Michel-de-Maurienne / Valloire train station, located 17 km from the resort.
Regular shuttle services provide connections to Valmeinier.
Direct TGV trains from Paris to Saint-Michel-de-Maurienne run every Saturday and Sunday, with a journey time of approximately 4.5 hours.
