Conditions:
- all participants must be booked simultaneously under the same booking;
- the entire group must have the same stay dates and board arrangement;
- one designated contact person for the booking;
- one single invoice for the entire group.
No individual booking document will be issued.

Financial Assistance for Your Holiday
Families eligible for the VACAF can use their benefits to help cover the cost of their stay at eligible AEC Vacances properties.
Subject to eligibility requirements and availability.
Non-taxable individuals holding a disability card may benefit from a 20% discount.
To qualify for this discount, the following documents are required:
- a copy of the disability card;
- a copy of the latest tax assessment.
Conditions:
- stay of at least 5 nights;
- discount can be combined with the Long-Stay Discount;
- cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
Supporting documents must be provided according to the procedure indicated at the time of booking.
