The Forgeassoud holiday village offers 74 rooms and 19 apartments, accommodating from 1 to 8 people depending on the type of accommodation.
The accommodation is designed for your comfort and includes private bathroom, toilet, television, balcony, safe and hairdryer. Beds are made upon arrival and bed linen and towels are provided for full-board stays.

Les Bout’choux Nursery (3 to 35 months)
A specially designed nursery welcomes toddlers in a warm and secure environment. Supervised by early childhood professionals, children enjoy age-appropriate games and educational activities, rest periods and a dedicated space focused on their well-being.
Les Frimousses (3-5 years old)
A dedicated world for younger children, where each day is filled with games, creative activities and moments of discovery. Through craft workshops, outdoor games, walks and entertainment, children have fun and develop their independence in a safe and cheerful environment with professional supervision.
Les Zoulous & Zébulons (6-10 years old)

Kids club opening dates and times
During the spring and summer school holidays, our kids clubs welcome children and teenagers aged 3 months to 17 years old, 5 days a week from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
The nursery welcomes children aged 3 months to 2 years old by reservation only.

Access
By car
From Mâcon, Lyon or Nantua via the A40 motorway, take exit n°16 Bonneville. Then follow the direction of La Clusaz – Le Grand-Bornand via the N203, then the D12 towards Saint-Pierre-en-Faucigny. On entering Saint-Jean-de-Sixt, take the first road on the right towards Forgeassoud campsite and continue straight ahead until you reach the holiday village, located 1.5 km from the village centre.
From Lyon or Valence via the A41 motorway, or from Grenoble via the A43 motorway, take the Annecy Nord exit and follow the D909 towards Thônes and the Aravis mountains. In Thônes, follow the direction of La Clusaz – Le Grand-Bornand. After approximately 9 km, turn left at the sign “VFV Forgeassoud Dessus”, then turn left again at the crossroads.
By train
Arrival at Annecy train station.
Regular coach services connect Annecy bus station with Saint-Jean-de-Sixt.
A shuttle service can pick you up :
- From 4:00 pm on Saturdays
- From 5:00 pm on weekdays

By plane
From Annecy Mont-Blanc Airport, reach Annecy by bus or taxi, then continue to Saint-Jean-de-Sixt.
